  • Prior to 15 Days Out - $25 per person cancellation fee. (45 days for holidays.)
  • 7 Business Days Out (M-F) - $50 per person cancellation fee plus 1 nights room rate. (30 for holidays)
  • Inside 24 hours of arrival  (and No-Shows) - $50 per person cancellation fee plus full room revenue penalty.
