The Answer:
At the beginning of the film.
And our favorite wording of the proper answer:
"..You see Lola "Salma Hayek" getting dropped off at the beach on a Zodiac (inflatable raft) with an outboard motor. As they drive into shore the Driver beaches the boat like he was James Bond himself. I believe that it was Stewart driving the raft into shore. Nice moves Stewart! "
