Cancellations prior to 30 days out for holidays or prior to 15 Days Out or non-holiday stays - $25 per person cancellation fee.
30 Days Out for holiday stays - $50 per person cancellation fee plus full room rate.
15 Days Out non-holiday - $50 per person cancellation fee plus 1 nights room rate.
Inside 24 hours of arrival (and No-Shows) - $50 per person cancellation fee plus full revenue penalty for rooms.
Unused portions of any packages - are non refundable
