South Ocean Golf & Beach Resort

On Saturday, July 17, 2004 the South Ocean Golf & Beach Resort announced that they would be closing for major renovations effective immediately.

Guests who have already booked at the South Ocean Golf & Beach Resort through Stuart Cove’s will be transferred to another property at no additional charge.  

Guests on the EP Program (no meals) will be transferred to an equivelent property in town.  Typically this is either the Wyndham Nassau Resort (in Cable Beach), or the Hilton British Colonial (downtown).

Guests who are booked on the All Inclusive program will be transferred to either the Wyndham Nassau Resort (in Cable Beach) or the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort (on Paradise Island).

Logistically, you will still use your South Ocean hotel vouchers as your proof of payment.  In addition, we will be sending you a "transfer" letter from the South Ocean Resort that authorizes the move to the other property.
Obviously, our priority will be to contact and work with our guests addressing immediate departures before those scheduled for a few months out. Rest assured, that we will be contacting everyone.

In the mean time if you have not already booked your vacation package, we have great deals at the Wyndham Nassau Resort and Casino! The Orange Hill Inn offers some of the lowest prices on the island, and the British Colonial Hilton is arguably one of the nicest hotels on the island.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause our already booked guests and will do our best to make this a smooth transition for you. In the mean time, we look forward to the South Ocean's re-opening as a world class golf & beach resort.
